The Range of Motion Adjustment gives your athletes the flexibility to increase their squat depth by 3.75 inches with a simple flip. Designed for convenience, this mechanism can be flipped with the foot, allowing lifters to adjust their squat range with little effort. Whether they are looking to maximise depth for greater muscle engagement or tailor their movement to specific training goals, this feature enhances versatility without interrupting flow.
