What Life Fitness equipment is compatible with the SL Console?

The SL Console is compatible with a wide range of Life Fitness commercial cardio equipment — including treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, climbers, and Arc Trainers. It provides a consistent user experience across your cardio floor. (Note: The SL Console is not compatible with the Symbio™ Line.)

Does the SL Console offer wireless connectivity and app integrations?

Yes. The SL Console includes Bluetooth®, ANT+, and NFC connectivity, allowing exercisers to sync wearable fitness tech like heart rate straps, headphones, and mobile devices. It also supports connecting an Apple Watch® to the gym equipment for seamless heart rate and workout data tracking — giving members the modern digital features they expect from connected cardio equipment.

Is Wi-Fi required to use the SL Console?

No. The SL Console delivers all core features offline with no Wi-Fi required. When connected to Wi-Fi, operators can access Facility Connect, Life Fitness’ comprehensive management platform for managing and customizing equipment. Facility Connect enables operators to extend equipment lifespan, tailor exerciser experiences, and make data-driven decisions across all connected cardio equipment to optimize facility performance and gym member engagement.
